This research aims to design Sebelasmaret boccia Throw Test (SBTT) instrument and test its validity reliability. The used Research Development (R&D) method through six steps of development by Gall, & Borg. 50 Indonesian athletes with cerebral palsy (25 elite 25 non-elite) participated evaluate this instrument.In SBTT, players were instructed throw balls the jack placed within square, each player given throwing opportunities. construct was tested comparing results non-elite athletes. Reliability testing conducted correlation between tests retests. Data analysis performed using independent t Pearson help SPSS 16 software.Results show that there a significant difference in SBTT scores p value < 0.05 tstat (6.340) > ttable (2.011). Elite group had higher average score than one, 18.56 8.20 respectively. means is can differentiate player's skills based on playing experience.Test retest medium retests (r = 0.707) relation (0.000) 0.05. have consistent performance test.Therefore, it concluded valid reliable assess players’ skills.
